Recipe Ingredient

  • 2 cups tomato passata
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 500g lamb mince
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 x 200g packets gluten-free lasagne sheets

Instructions

  1. Place vegetables and passata in a food processor. Process until smooth.
  2. Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic and rosemary.
  3. Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until onion has softened. Add mince.
  4. Add tomato paste. Cook for 1 minute. Add vegetable mixture. Bring to the boil.
  5. Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Grease a 7cm-deep, 20cm x 30cm
