Recipe Ingredient
- 2 cups tomato passata
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 500g lamb mince
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 x 200g packets gluten-free lasagne sheets
Instructions
- Place vegetables and passata in a food processor. Process until smooth.
- Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic and rosemary.
- Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until onion has softened. Add mince.
- Add tomato paste. Cook for 1 minute. Add vegetable mixture. Bring to the boil.
- Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Grease a 7cm-deep, 20cm x 30cm
