Recipe Ingredient

  • 380g can creamed corn
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 100g spaghetti
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • 1 drop sesame oil
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced diagonally
  • some white peppper

Instructions

  1. Bring to boil chicken stock into a pot together with ginger and knotted spring onion on medium flame.
  2. Tilt the lid a little to ensure the stock does not overflow.
  3. Add the noodles to the soup mixture. Simmer, uncovered, for 1 min.
  4. Add the choy sum, chicken and half the spring onion to the soup.
  5. Lower the heat, add a tiny drop of sesame oil and white pepper.
  6. Serve with lime wedges.
